Tape Application

As a complement to movement therapy, kinesiology tape (kinesiology taping) can be effectively applied. Before applying the tape, we conduct a brief examination and perform 1-2 quick tests to determine the best technique for application. After disinfecting the skin, we apply the tape specifically for the problem area. If you have any questions, we will discuss them during the process, and adjustments can be made according to individual needs. Colors you can choose from: – White – Black – Beige – Pink – Purple – Blue – Yellow – Red – Orange – Green About the tape: Due to its elasticity, it does not restrict movement. The top layer is 100% cotton, and the bottom layer is acrylic adhesive (similar to that used in band-aids). It can be applied along the course of a muscle belly, tendon, ligament, nerve, or lymphatic pathway, requiring precise anatomical knowledge. You can engage in sports, including swimming, while wearing it, and it can stay on for several days. Duration: a few minutes, including the examination, a maximum of fifteen minutes.
