Balogh Gábor

Physiotherapist

I graduated from the Faculty of Public Health at the University of Debrecen and obtained my diploma as a Physiotherapist. Movement has been part of my life since childhood, and I always wanted to work in healthcare. Combining these two passions, I decided to become a physiotherapist, using the healing effects of movement to help people.
Humans, with their upright posture and ability to walk on two legs, are unique among living beings. However, this comes at a cost. Harmful effects on the spine can lead to various problems, which can be prevented, but even existing issues can be remedied through physiotherapy designed by a specialist. In my classes, through various forms of movement and the use of different tools, we learn proper posture in a pleasant atmosphere, strengthen the essential muscles to create core stability, mobilize our spine and joints, and then use stretching to elongate the restricted areas of movement, thereby preserving the health of our spine. My additional trainings:
  • Manual therapy (Barvicsenko method, organized by the Faculty of Medicine at Semmelweis University)
  • Visceral therapy
  • Dynamic manual therapy
  • Modern Scoliosis therapy according to Schroth
  • Flossing therapy
  • KinesioTape basic course
