Manual therapy is a collection of diagnostic and therapeutic techniques performed by hand, which serve to diagnose and treat reversible changes and disorders of the musculoskeletal system. This therapeutic procedure can only be performed by a qualified and certified professional (with a diploma), either a doctor or a physiotherapist. The first session always involves a thorough anamnesis and an assessment of the current musculoskeletal condition, identifying pathological changes in the support and movement system. After establishing the diagnosis, the treatment is carried out using manually performed therapeutic techniques.
