Schroth Therapy

Schroth therapy is a personalized, specialized physiotherapeutic treatment for scoliosis. During this therapy, the physiotherapist assesses the patient’s condition and then develops a treatment plan to the specific curvature of the spine. It is crucial that the treatment is entirely individualized, as every curvature is different. The exercises are performed in corrected postures using various specialized tools, focusing not only on strengthening the muscles along the spine but also on improving breathing issues caused by chest asymmetry.
