Physiotherapist

I completed my studies at the University of Pécs, Faculty of Health Sciences, Zalaegerszeg Training Center, as a physiotherapist. I have always been certain that I wanted to work in healthcare, in a helping profession. My goal is to provide something for people that contributes to achieving a better quality of life. In my work, I consider it important to apply a holistic (complex) approach to therapy, in which we not only focus on the symptoms but also strive to explore the root cause of the problem. I am particularly interested in treating joint- and spine-related pain, such as low back pain and scoliosis. In addition, I deal with frozen joints, neurological complaints such as numbness, radiating pain, headaches, as well as rehabilitation after injury or surgery, and sports rehabilitation. I also find preventive care essential, the key elements of which include posture correction and the development of proper movement patterns. One of my greatest motivations is the willpower and perseverance of my patients, which are indispensable for achieving improvement and progress. To this end, I strive to provide as much help and support as possible. Therefore, I continuously educate myself and have participated in several professional training courses, including the TripleX® Back Trainer and TripleX® Spine Trainer programs, as well as other important courses that I would like to highlight:
  • McKenzie A Course
  • Modern Scoliosis Therapy – Schroth
  • Neuro-Movement Correction – Basic, Advanced 1,2
  • Terrier – Soft Tissue Mobilization Technique
  • Sports Rehabilitation Course
  • K-Active Kinesiotape
  • Flossing Therapy
  • Trigger Point Therapy
  • Cupping Therapy
