Nagy Zsófia

I graduated from the Faculty of Health Sciences at Semmelweis University. I have been working full-time at ÉPC-Honvéd Hospital for the past seven years. Throughout my professional career, I have gained extensive experience in orthopaedics, post-operative rehabilitation, and rheumatological care.

I believe that movement is ultimately the key to recovery. The right exercises, carefully planned progression, and consistent work are essential for achieving the best possible results. When necessary, I also complement therapy with manual techniques.
