Morning training

In this class, special emphasis is placed on mobilizing the spine, and then we strengthen it with functional exercises that move the whole body. We work with dumbbells, bands, balls, or “just” using our own body weight. A great start to the day, both physically and mentally.

Other Group Lessons

A modern movement program built on medical and sports science foundations, which rebuilds the musculoskeletal system from the ground up.
