Back and Shoulder-Focused Spine Training

In this class, we will focus on mobilizing the chest, harmonizing the breath, and learning how to activate the deep back muscles, followed by “building upon them” with beautifully developed superficial back muscles. All of this is aimed at finally freeing ourselves from the effects of constant slouching. Expect exercises with small and larger weights, and eventually bodyweight exercises if you attend this session.
