Spine yoga

Spine yoga

The goal of the Spine Yoga classes is to support spinal health, improve posture, and restore freedom of movement. During the practice, we combine classical yoga poses (asanas), conscious breathing exercises, and effective elements of physiotherapy.

The classes are structured step by step: we establish a stable foundation and gradually progress toward more challenging asanas. Relaxing the neck muscles, mobilizing the shoulder joints, and opening the chest are particularly important parts of the practice. These not only help relieve stress and tension but also make daily movement easier and freer.

The classes focus on:

  • mobilizing and moving the spine
  • strengthening the core muscles for proper posture
  • mobilizing the shoulder and hip joints
  • relaxing the neck and upper back, and opening the chest

The practice not only strengthens the body and improves flexibility but also supports stress relief and inner balance through conscious breathing and relaxation. Each class ends with a short guided relaxation to allow the body and mind to fully rest and recharge.

Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to mobilize their spine, improve posture, strengthen core muscles, and relieve everyday tension – regardless of age or previous experience.
