Fitmummy Training ®️ is divided into two parts: prenatal and postnatal training. Prenatal Training: Prenatal training, or pregnancy exercise, helps maintain and improve physical and mental health and facilitates postpartum recovery. The main elements of the sessions include: – Breathing exercises and circulation improvement – Mobilization, strengthening, and balance development exercises – Chest and hip opening exercises – Pelvic floor strengthening and relaxation – Relaxation techniques Postnatal Training: The goal of postnatal training is to achieve the easiest and quickest recovery after childbirth, with a special focus on rehabilitating the pelvic floor muscles and treating diastasis recti (abdominal separation). Additionally, we aim to: – Correct breathing patterns – Strengthen the core muscles – Correct altered and improperly executed movements (such as walking, standing up from a seated position, lifting, etc.) A key objective is to help new mothers return to their favorite sports activities. ! Important Technical Information ! We can only accommodate pregnant clients if they present a certificate from their gynecologist stating that they are fit to exercise. The first session will also include a health assessment.
