Fitmummy Training is divided into two parts: pre- and postnatal training.
Prenatal Training
Prenatal training, also known as pregnancy exercise, supports the
maintenance and improvement of physical and mental well-being, and also facilitates
postpartum recovery.
Main components of the sessions:
- breathing exercises, circulation improvement,
- mobilizing, strengthening, and balance-developing exercises,
- chest- and hip-opening movements,
- pelvic floor strengthening and relaxation,
- relaxation techniques.
Postnatal Training
The aim of postnatal training is to achieve easier and faster recovery after childbirth,
with special attention to pelvic floor rehabilitation and the treatment of
abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti).
We also work on improving the breathing pattern, strengthening the core musculature, and correcting incorrect movement patterns developed during or after pregnancy (such as walking, standing up from sitting, lifting, etc.).
A key objective of ours is to support new mothers in returning to their favorite physical activities.
Important Technical Information:
We can only accept pregnant clients if they present a medical certificate from their gynecologist stating that they are allowed to exercise.
The first session in this case will also be a health assessment.
