Therapeutic massage therapist

I obtained my certification as a therapeutic and sports massage therapist in 2016, and subsequently worked for five years in the rheumatology rehabilitation department at ORFI. In my work, my primary goal is to improve the quality of life of those who turn to me and to alleviate and prevent musculoskeletal complaints resulting from various lifestyles. As a massage therapist, I understand that passive therapy alone is not enough to achieve this. This is why I enjoy collaborating with physiotherapists, promoting healthy sports activities, and continuously furthering my education to expand my skill set. During my treatments, I employ many stretching and mobilizing techniques and occasionally assign active tasks. I work with a fascial approach, which means I do not only treat individual muscles or muscle groups but consider the entire connective tissue chain encompassing the problematic area, recognizing that everything in the human body is interconnected. I believe it is crucial for people to be more aware of their own bodies, which is why I am happy to answer my clients’ questions to the best of my knowledge.
