“As a psychologist and yoga instructor, I believe that health and the creation of physical, mental, and spiritual harmony can be achieved and experienced through the practice of yoga. I aim to pass on this knowledge and experience, thereby supporting others in their physical and emotional growth. My journey with yoga began in 2016 and has profoundly transformed over the years. Initially, yoga appeared in my life as a goal, but even then, its positive effects were undeniably apparent. My studies and the experiences gained over the years have shaped my relationship with myself and, thus, my approach to yoga. I have come to understand that yoga is not a goal but rather a tool for creating a harmonious and healthy life.” Classes: Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
