Farkas-Tóth Orsolya

Physiotherapist

Movement and sport have always been an important part of my life. Following a childhood accident, I experienced firsthand how effectively our bodies can recover with the help of appropriate physiotherapy. Helping others and building meaningful relationships have always been close to my heart, which is why I chose to become a physiotherapist.

I graduated from the University of Debrecen in 2015. During my work in a hospital, I gained experience in surgical care as well as in the treatment of orthopaedic and rheumatological conditions. To continuously develop my professional skills and broaden my knowledge, I have attended several professional training courses over the years.

During my individual treatment sessions, I aim to take a comprehensive approach, focusing not only on relieving current symptoms but also on addressing their underlying causes. I believe that both active and passive therapeutic methods can play an important role in recovery, so I always adapt them to each person’s individual condition and goals.

In my group classes, I primarily focus on prevention and mindful, varied movement. The goal is to improve mobility, stability, balance and coordination – all in a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.
