Triplex training®

Triplex training® is a modern approach to exercise based on medical and sports science.
  • An important element of the program is the development of movement and body awareness, so that it can be learned and applied in everyday activities and sports.
  • It also aims to address chronic spinal problems that are NOT due to trauma or congenital disorders but rather are the result of prolonged sedentary work and a sedentary lifestyle.
  • It helps restore upset muscle balance, movement coordination and incorrect movement patterns.
  • The goal is to learn, rebuild the movement system, repair dysfunctional functions, prepare the movement system to move pain-free.
Structure of Triplex Training®: This is a 15-week movement program consisting of 3 main parts:
  • 5 weeks of mobilization—for flexible connective tissues, free joint movement,
  • 5 weeks of stabilization- for active core muscles, stability around the pelvis, and finally
  • 5 weeks of movement pattern learning- for the best functionality to incorporate what we have learned so far into our everyday movements.
What is the size of the group?
  • This is a small group program led by a physiotherapist with a maximum of 6 participants.
  • This will give everyone enough time to be properly corrected and instructed while practicing the exercises and movement patterns.
Who is it for?
  • We welcome applications from people who are not limited in their mobility and have some symptoms, e.g., occasional discomfort in their waist or back, but the severity of the symptoms does not yet require specialist medical care.
  • Or those who do not have any particular complaints but would like to prepare their musculoskeletal system for more strenuous training and sporting activities.
Who is it not recommended for?
  • Severe movement restriction
  • Spinal hernia in the acute phase
  • Severe inflammatory musculoskeletal complaints
  • Post-operative rehabilitation period
  • Severe pain
  • Diffuse complaints, loss of sensation
  • Disease requiring special attention

  • First session: February, depending on the number of participants
  • Every Tuesday thereafter from 17:00
How much does it cost?
  • For a single payment: 67 500 HUF
  • For payment in instalments: 75 000 Ft
  • 1st instalment HUF 40 000
  • 2nd instalment: HUF 35 000
It is necessary to pay the price of the exercise program in one lump sum/two instalments because there is no possibility to join the exercise program, as it consists of exercises that build on each other and are more difficult from week to week. Also, if someone drops out, we cannot refill the group. The group will be filled in the order of payment It’s a short-term commitment, but a big investment in yourself and your health! After completing the program, participants will be able to incorporate the exercises and movement patterns learned during the 15 weeks into their daily lives, enabling them to maintain a healthy body awareness and correct movement in the long term!
