Its powerful, continuous movement sequences help develop endurance, strength, and flexibility, while also enhancing cardiovascular activity. By synchronizing breath with movement, it provides not only a physical but also a mental challenge, improving concentration and stress management. Due to its modern and dynamic nature, power yoga is especially popular among those looking for a more active yoga practice. Every Tuesday 19:00 – 20:00 Class fee: 4500 HUF per session
